Any changes to the agreed scope may result in additional charges. These will be discussed and approved in writing prior to execution.

4. Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required before project commencement.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

  • SLM Financial reserves the right to suspend or terminate work due to non-payment.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Cancellation policies vary by project and are detailed in your signed agreement. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on the percentage of work completed and materials purchased up to the cancellation date.
